SS AIR TW, the compact body bait finesse bait caster with SS, comes back after 10 years of absence, to be equipped with the latest Daiwa technologies. Hyper Drive Design system is to keep the initial smooth gearing and friction-less performance for longer life. Pinion is supported by 2 ball bearings, and new gear teeth are made stronger with less noise. SS Magforce brake system is employed, to offer more comfort in pitching and flipping. Spools have smaller brake rotors than 20Steez Air, to remove weight by 25% from them. With the new brake, you may set brake dial more finely than before. For example with fluorocarbon lines, at dial #2, you may cast quite long, and at #15 you may skip rigs at water surfaces. With PE braids, please set dial at about 60% of that of fluorocarbon, and you may enjoy the superb casting with SS AIR TW.
