Pre-order FAQ

1)  What is a pre-order?

  • A “pre-order” allows buyer to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. 
  • A “pre-order” allows buyer to purchase non stock item with upfront payment.

 

2)  How do I place a pre-order?

  • Buyer can pre-order an item by filling up pre-order form or contact us at 0137746087.
  • Alternatively, we also offer pre-order on selected latest releases product at participating marketplace (shopee, lazada, facebook).

 

3)  When will I be charged?

  • You will be charged the agreed amount when placing order. 

 

4)  When will I receive my pre-order(s)?

  • Generally, pre-orders are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Estimated delivery timeline may differ depending on vendor location, release date, and size of product being ordered.
  • Delivery to certain postcodes may take longer.
  • An attempted delivery on or before the delivery date meets our estimated delivery timeline. Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or payment method information, or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.

 

5) What happens if a pre-order release date changes?

  • Pre-order release dates we list on our site are based on information we receive from publishers or manufacturers and could be subject to change.  
  • If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is cancelled altogether, we will notify you via the email address on file.

 

6) Can I pre-order more than one item at a time?

  • Yes. Please note that each pre-ordered product will have a separate order reference number.

 

7) Will I be reminded before my pre-order ships?

  • Prior to shipping, buyer will be contacted to confirm order is correct and the item to be shipped is in good condition.
  • Once your order has shipped, we'll text you the tracking number of our delivery carrier.

 

8) Can I cancel my pre-order reservation?

  • We usually took up to 48 hours to send order to our vendor. Cancellation can only be accepted if the order is not being processed.
